Full Assessment + Tongue-Tie Release (Frenulotomy)

A comprehensive, gentle service for when your baby needs a little extra help with their oral mobility.
If a tongue-tie is identified during our assessment and is clearly impacting your feeding journey, we can often perform the release (frenulotomy) during the same appointment. This session is unhurried, giving us plenty of time to ensure both you and your baby feel calm, safe, and supported throughout.

This is our most comprehensive package, designed to give you peace of mind from start to finish:

The Full Assessment: We begin with everything included in our Comprehensive Feeding Assessment—reviewing your history, checking oral function, and observing a full feed.

The Procedure: If indicated and you choose to proceed, the frenulotomy is performed using sterile, single-use equipment in a safe and gentle manner in your own home.

Immediate Post-Procedure Care: We prioritize comfort. I will be right there to help you with immediate soothing and to support you through the first feed straight after the procedure.

Recovery & Aftercare: You won’t be left wondering what to do next. You’ll receive clear, easy-to-follow aftercare instructions to support healing at home.

Ongoing Support: To ensure you feel confident in the days following, this package includes two weeks of dedicated WhatsApp or Email support for any follow-up questions you may have.

Why the longer duration?
I allow up to 2.5 hours for this appointment so we never have to rush. It ensures there is plenty of time for questions, feeding, and—most importantly—cuddles.
