- This session is tailored to your specific needs, ensuring that the foundations we built in your initial consultation remain strong. It typically includes:
- Oral Function & Healing Review: For infants who have undergone a frenulotomy (tongue-tie release), we provide a comprehensive assessment of the site’s healing progress and a detailed review of tongue mobility and function.
- Refinement of Technique: We will work together to fine-tune positioning and attachment, making subtle adjustments to ensure feeding remains comfortable and efficient for both you and your baby.
- Goal Progression: As your baby grows, your feeding objectives may change. We provide evidence-based guidance to help you transition through different stages, whether that involves increasing supply, returning to work, or introducing new routines.
- Ongoing Advocacy: We offer a safe space to discuss any new challenges, providing you with the confidence and clinical tools to succeed.
